BREATHE THE CLEANEST MOST POLLUTANT FREE AIR EVER WITH OUR 13 STEP CLEANING PROCESS:
- 1. All contents and furnishings of the home are covered with industrial plastic for protection.
- 2. A portable air-scrubber with hepa-filtration is set-up to keep the air in the home clean during the duct cleaning process.
- 3. All register vents are removed & sealed off with protective covers
- 4. All register vents are sanitized & hand-washed.
- 5. A service opening is made in the plenum, to connect 5000 cfm of negative air pressure vacuum. (This is normally accessed in the attic.)
- 6. Compressed-air is used to blast dirt & debris to vacuum collection device.
- 7. A power-brush with 175 psi compressed-air is 'snaked' through each individual duct opening, plenums, & return-air chambers.
- 8. VERY IMPORTANT: Air handling unit is cleaned. This includes: fan, heat-exchangers, coils, drainpan, & drainline.
- 9. Service openings are sealed up according to state law.
- 10. Complete system is sanitized. This includes: ducts, return-air, plenums, fan, heat-exchangers, coils, drainpan, & drainline.
- 11. A new high-efficiency air-filter is treated with 'anti-allergen filter enhancer', and installed.
- 12. The 'anti-allergen filter enhancer' is yours to keep & use, every time the filter is changed.
