No, your eyes did not deceive you! Our technicians take the utmost care when doing a strip and wax job. It is not merely enough to get the wax up from the middle of the floor; any company can do that, and many do. However, our technicians at Case Cleaning & Restoration Company are committed to our standard of excellence which drives us to take every measure to ensure that the job we do for you is flawless. With each job, our technicians will proficiently provide:
- A free estimate including testing to make certain what type of tile is down so that the proper wax removing agent can be chosen.
- A sweeping of your floor so that any soil standing on your floor isn’t spread around.
- Careful removal of the wax from the Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT), Rubber tiles, Roll or Sheet Vinyl, Concrete or Terrazzo. This step includes the use of a splash guard to keep any wax remover or wax from splashing up on the base-boards or walls.
- Careful extraction of the wax remover and old wax from the floor.
- Detailing of the edges of the room, corners and any other area the floor machine was unable to reach where wax may still stand, plus the cleaning of the walls/base-boards where any wax remover may have splashed up.
- Cleaning the floor of any residue or wax bits that may have been missed in order to ensure a uniformly clean and smooth surface before the wax is laid down.
- A first class wax job.
- Removal and replacement of any furniture in the area prior to the job and after the job is complete and the wax is dry.
- We also offer top-scrubbing and buffing for floors that may not need a complete strip.
