The Healthy Home Audit is a service we offer to make sure that everything needed for a specific job will be there and our technicians will have no surprises waiting for them when they arrive on a job. Typically, someone will come to the home or business, see what the customer is interested in having done, note any areas of concern, measure the area and will be able to give an exact quote on site or in an email if that is preferable. This free audit gives us an opportunity to set expectations for ourselves and the customer and prepare to the best of our ability for each job. It also gives the potential customer a face to put with the company so even if they decide not to go with our services for whatever reason, we’ve still made actual contact with them and hopefully will secure future business with them.
  2. We do the little things. We wear boot covers to make sure we do not track in anything else into someone’s home. We use walk-off mats to keep from tracking different cleaning agents from one area to the next or from outside to inside. We use corner guards to keep our hoses from rubbing against walls and leaving marks.
  3. We use the most up-to-date equipment and our technicians are thoroughly trained at how to use it. (IICRC certifications and in house training as well)
  4. The main thing that sets us apart though is our people. It begins from the top down. Each of the owners and managers are all well versed in the services we offer from hands-on experience and training. All of our technicians are also well trained and must pass background and drug tests before they are ever hired.
